HOW CAN I PURCHASE YOUR JEWELRY

Whenever I release a small collection I list everything that I have available for purchase here on my website, so if you do not see what you are looking for, it has likely sold out. But don't despair please contact me as you can most likely special order the piece that you want to purchase!  I am continually designing and creating new pieces which you can see on my Instagram @kellimontgomeryjewelry.  I make my jewelry by hand and in small quantities, releasing new collections a few times a year. The collection release dates are announced on Instagram as well as in my Newsletter - so be sure to follow along for updates!

PRODUCTION TIME AND SHIPPING

Because of the small studio environment in which this jewelry is created, production and order times can vary. 

My 'ready to ship' pieces will ship within a 3 day time frame from the date of payment. 

My 'made to order' pieces can take up to 5 weeks for fabrication and shipment from the date of payment.

Please read the product description to see if your item is 'made to order' or 'ready to ship' prior to purchasing!  Please contact me with any questions.

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped out immediately via USPS method of your choosing. 

I do my best to accommodate if you have a special time restraint. Please contact me directly via e-mail at kelli@kellimontgomeryjewelry.com!

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and when your item is shipped.  

RETURN POLICY

I want you to love your jewelry item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it in its original packaging and in an unworn, new condition accompanied by the receipt. Made to order and custom orders are non-returnable. Please read the listings carefully and view additional photos prior to making a purchase.  Feel free to also contact me with any questions at kelli@kellimontgomeryjewelry.com

JEWELRY CARE + REPAIR WORK

Care instructions will be included with your purchase to keep your piece looking new.

If your piece requires repair or arrives in unsatisfactory condition please do not hesitate to email me at kelli@kellimontgomeryjewelry.com. Items which need repair within 60 days of purchase will not incur a repair fee. After this window, there will be a fee depending on materials and the extent of the repair. 

PRIVACY POLICY

I do not sell nor share any personal data collected with any outside agency or organization other than as necessary to complete your business transactions (such as credit card processing or shipping address).

If you opt into emails I may at times send you information about sales or new collections. You may opt out of such contact by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. 

Any account information such as email address, name, and address is collected to make your shopping and ordering experience faster and more convenient. Such information can be removed from my system by request.
